We collect what we need to answer your enquiry and assess it. Depending on the form you submit (Sponsorship, Attend, Apply to Speak, Entertainment Event Interest, or Partnerships), this may include your first name, last name, email, phone number, company, job title, country, market of interest, experience preference, likely group size, and specific objectives or abstracts.

Lawful Basis: We handle your data under the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, and under the UK and EU GDPR where they apply to you.

Requests for the sponsorship prospectus are processed under the basis of taking steps prior to entering a contract.

Interest registrations and speaker applications are processed based on your explicit consent.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to sponsors, exhibitors, or any third party for their own marketing.

Marketing consent is completely separate from enquiry consent.

Marketing opt-ins are always unticked by default and are never assumed or bundled with form submissions.

If you opt-in, you will receive market intelligence and announcements twice a month, and you can unsubscribe from any email, at any time.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

We will respond to and action the request within the statutory period required by applicable law.
